My vinyl blinds smell like smoke. What is a good cleaner for them?

If it is easy to take them down, dip them in a bath filled with a vinegar and dish soap solution, then rinse. Otherwise, wipe them down with vinegar.

You can try to clean them with bleach diluted in a pail of hot water. If that doesn't work it may be best just to go out and buy new ones. They are actually really cheap. Smoke is one of the hardest smells to get rid of. Sometimes it will take several cleanings before it goes away.

I would recommend taking them down and hang them up outside, and clean with a good cleaner and a toothbrush. Maybe when you are done you can spray with Febreeze.

I think that depends on how dirty they are and what color they are. If they're white, I suggest chlorox wipes. When I've gone to clean smoke off latex walls, I have used bleach to good avail.
