Probably not if the sounds are really loud. If he is sensitive to normal day to day sounds then you will definately want to take him to the doctor to get it checked out and rule out any ear infections. In general you don't want to expose your little one to sounds that are too loud though.

Your toddler may have very sensitive hearing. Loud noises will hurt someone with sensitive hearing because sound is amplified to them.

Most people's ears would be bothered with loud sounds. If he is not complaining about his ears otherwise he should be fine. If you are overly concerned please call your child's doctor to get his or her opinion. A toddler should not be exposed to a lot of loud noises if at all possible.

Depends on how loud the sounds are. If they are very loud, and hurt your ears, and others no. If not, then I would take them to a doctor.
