On a windows PC, press Windows Key + E to run Explorer. Locate the local disk and right click, select properties from the flyout menu and you will see a pie chart of your disk usage.

First click on your start menu. Go into the My computer setting. Or if its on your desktop just open it there. Once you're there there will be a drive or two including your connected hard drives and disk drives. Right click o the primary one which is usually C:/ and click properties. There it should tell you.
