My kitten keeps twitching his head and doing a weird licking type thing. What's wrong?

There could be nothing wrong at all. Your kitten may just be cold or be trying to learn to clean itself. Kittens take time to get used to their bodies and may use them in interesting ways while young.

It could be any range of things... starting from ear mites to a brain tumour. for treatment of ear mites use something like revolution - drops on the back of the neck. is he still eating and healthy otherwise? if not take him to a vet very soon, if he is healthy mention it when he gets his shots

Is she trying to clean her ears by licking her paws or is she licking somewhere in particular? I would look in her ears and if there is dirty, black colored stuff in there she has mites. Otherwise, I would need more information. Maybe it's a foxtail in the ear.
