My kitchen color is sunburst. What would match?

For similar color schemes, a warm tone-like peach or a warm red color would match. If you are going for a more dramatic look- you can go for something in the blue family (which is opposite yellow on the color wheel), however blue is known to decrease appetite, so for a kitchen I would say a warm orange/red color.

If you want to be bold you can always go with a red. A white would be more simple though.

Spring green would look lovely with sunburst. Think flowers. Get accessories that would blend with your other colors. Perfect print curtains or ones with ruffles would add a fresh look.

Wood grain would go well with that color. Your furniture could be a medium to dark wood color; flooring could be tiled to look like bricks, completing your color scheme.
