If you have nothing to hide then it shouldn't be that big of a deal. I would explain to her that you fill like she doesn't trust you and you would appreciate if she would respect your privacy. Trust is number one to a relationship.

Emails are private and confidential, just like mail or bank accounts. You should confront her and ask why she looked through your private matters. IF she is curious then she needs to ask you before snooping. Sounds like she has serious trust issues.

Do you have something to hide? If you do then you are in the wrong here. Either way tell her that you don't appreciate her reading your emails. In the meantime change your password or if you don't have one get one.

First, if you want to make sure that you sign out before leaving your computer to prevent her from doing this again, and change the password if she knows it. The next thing that you should do is talk to her about respecting your privacy.
