My dog's lower abdomen is large and when she's resting, she sounds like she's snoring, even though she is awake. Why?

The dog may be making snoring sounds because she is overweight and just trying to breathe. Your vet should check to make sure she doesn't have a tumor.

Be careful with oddly large growth. It might be two reason either your dog might be pregnant or it might have a tumor. You should definitely check it out with your vet. It could either be life threatening condition or a blessing.
