She should be ok especially if it looks like it went in intact. Be aware if she starts acting strange or can't go to the bathroom like usual. She could get blocked up or it might break while inside- which could cause bleeding
Because popsicle sticks can not be broken down by digestive acids, it is concerning. The odd shape is also of concern and may cause an obstruction. Seek veterinary advice.
