Keep all records and files on hand in a safe place. Make sure your creditors and clients can get in touch with you (leave forward information).

Record all expenses in writing so that you can use them to deduct your losses. Have full accounting of debts owed to whom in case others sue later.

First thing take list of your customers and contact details. Take outstanding details. Take a list of good contacts among them. Contact them, explain your service given all these days.
