First unplug it to thaw it out. Then examine your filter, it is quite possible that your filter needs to be changed. A plugged filter restricts the air flow and can create moisture build up.

Have the unit serviced by a proffessional, The coil needs cleaning or the pressures are not proper. I dont advise trying to clean the coils yourself they can be damaged easily. Then it gets very expensive to replace the evaporater coil.

First things first, turn it off to avoid further damage. There's something wrong with the evaporator coils or the coolant regulator system. Don't try to fix it yourself, call a certified repairman to do the job.

First, you have to turn off the air conditioner if it is not already off. Second, you have to try to warm the central air unit.

You will need to get a repair person to fix it. They would know what to do, and what needs to be done to fix it. I think that is your best option.
