I've been taking Ortho Cept for seven months, and now have stopped. How long til I get pregnant?

It is impossible to predict when you or anyone else will get pregnant. Speak to your physician. When you discontinue the pill, you should wait at least two menstrual cycles before attempting to get pregnant. But consult your doctor for the final word on that.

Yes it could take only a week but it could take as long as 6 months for you to conceive.

A week is highly unlikely. Sometimes it can take a month, or a few months. Sometimes you can get pregnant on the first try. The time it takes to rid your body of the hormones varies. Just keep trying to get pregnant and when you are meant to get pregnant you will.
