I dont think so, but Visual Basic Express edition is available as a free download from Microsoft. This includes a part of Visual Studio including the Basic interpreter. Of course this is Microsoft's Visual Basic.

Visual Basic is not included with Windows XP. It must be purchased seperately. It does however come with Visual Studio.

VB is not included, no. If the computer comes with Microsoft Word/Excel then you should be able to get into a VB editor by accessing the macro editor though.

No, Visual Basic is not included in Microsoft Windows XP. Windows XP is an operating system, whereas Visual Basic as a programming language and therefore has to be bought separately.
