Vextra is not available in the U.S since it was pulled off the market due to increased risk of heart attack and stroke. There are some alternatives available here.

No, Vextra (generic name: valdecoxib) is not available in the US. The manufacturer of the drug voluntarily pulled it off the US market in 2005 due to safety concerns of increased risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease. The drug also has been reported to cause rare but serious skin reactions.

I have checked all my resources for Vextra and have not found any documentation or healthcare professional that has seen it available in the US.
