There are a lot of anime series that could be considered gothic. Try "Jigoku Shoujo" or "Death Note" for starters. Both of these series have a gothic vibe.

There are many anime titles that could be considered "Gothic." Mostly these would be horror titles, series about vampires, monsters, demons, and so on. Other fantasy titles could be considered Gothic as well. If unsure, check the content and the themes dealt with. If it is about death, the occult, angels, demons, or vampires, it caters to a Gothic audience.
