Yes there is such thing as permanent dentures. They can be either full set or in partials. They are little bit costly.

There are permanent dentures that can be one tooth or several teeth. Your dentist can put them in several steps. Some can be built up on natural teeth, or you can have a pernament implant done.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a permanently implantable set of full dentures. Often, the gums grow and shrink over time after the teeth have been removed, so dentures also require regular refitting and maintenance. Sometimes breakage occurs and the dentures have to be replaced. The only set of permanent teeth you can get is your adult teeth.
