Yes. Some textbooks have multiple languages in them - and even glossaries with multiple translations! Most international textbooks come in various languages; if one is not able to obtain one equipped with several languages, more often than not there would be different versions of the same book, but in different languages.

Publishers do have editions of the same text in multiple languages although it can be difficult to obtain textbooks in another language in some countries due to copyright restrictions.
