Well, it normally happens when you take your dog in to get spaid and you find out that she is pregnant. You can chose to terminate the pregancy while she is being spayed or you can take her home and let her have her puppies, wean them and then have her spayed.

A vet can abort a dog's puppies if needed. It wouldn't be the first choice of birth control for a dog, but if medically necessary an abortion can be done.

Although i'm sure it could be done by a veterinarian, it is not reccomended. A dog abortion could risk the life of your dog.

No, the only thing you can do is let your Dog have her litter and allow them to feed off their mother for 6 weeks and then give them away or sell them. However most people are not interested in purchasing dogs that don't have shots and are not of a pure-breed.
