Yes, there are manufacturers that make tandem tricycles for both kids and adults. I believe some Sears carry ones for children, but you may want to call ahead to make sure. There are also online retailers that carry them.

Yes, Tandem Tricycles for kids are available and are quite popular in Europe. I have seen a few different models and I have also seen an additional seat that can be added to Kettler Trikes to convert them to a Tandem Trike.

Yes there is such things as a tandem tricycle. They have two wheels in the back and one in the front with a wide sit for the child so they do not fall off.

There is such a thing, although it is primarily for older kids or adults. The two back wheels are the size of normal bicycle tires, so tipping is very minimal.

Yes there is. They come in many shapes and sizes, too. I think it could be wonderful for a set of twins. It seems that they are a little bit hard to find, but I have seen them before, when I used to live in a neighborhood full of children.
