The important use of gold is as a fine wire that connects circuits to the semiconductors. This bonding wire is smaller than the diameter of a human hair. Gold is used as a paste with a circuit is printed on a ceramic base to produce printed circuit board. keys on the keyboard strikes gold circuits that relay data to microprocessor.

Most of the gold in computer parts is inside the processor chips or sometimes on the contact pins. The amount of gold that can be salvaged is miniscule, about $1-3.

yes there is a gold in computer parts but nearly 50 computers would not likely be near enough to make a ring. most of the gold is in contacts, pins, and inside some components

yes there is it is small and in the wires it is so thin and small it will be only worth a little like from 20 cents to $2
