There is no scientific proof of the spirit world, but most people believe without this proof. A personal experience usually is enough to convince someone that the paranormal exists. It seems that the vast amount of incidents is enough proof that it exists.
Depends on your definition of proof. There are thousands of video recordings, evps, photographs, etc that show various paranormal activity. Best bets are science based investigations though.
