The only difference is a paternity test will be ordered once the child is born if it's contested. They will also schedule a hearing for child support after the birth.

There really isn't much difference if you are pregnant because the details of the child support and custody cannot be arranged until the child is born since you're the one carrying him/her. Once the child is born you can go to your lawyer and file paperwork for custody and/or child support if that's what you're looking for.

As long as the child isn't born before the divorce is final nothing should change. Anything to do with the child, such as child support and who the child lives with will be determined once the child is born.

Most of the time during a divorce if you are pregnant then the divorce will be delayed until the pregnancy is over then after the DNA test is done the divorce will be final. That is to make sure that all money is distributed evenly throughout both parties and custody can be awarded at that time.

The only change and or consideration is to sue for child support and the major deceisons need to be made regarding the childs life and who will and will not make them. Make sure that you protect yoruself and your unborn child and do what is best.
