You will need to contact a divorce and bankruptcy lawyer, both you and your spouse will have to go in for both legal cases as you are still tied financialy.

You should file and get a finalization of the divorce first, to determine property and debt obligations. A bankruptcy will stop the divorce otherwise.

All debts incurred during marriage are the obligation of both partners. To reduce your financial liability, especially if the other spouse spends a lot, get divorced BEFORE you file bankruptcy.
