Yes. So far I have found a channel called H20 and there is also the Underwater channel. Though I don't personally watch these, I have read that H20 has everything water related and water sports. Underwater I don't really know what it contains. You can probably find others all over the internet.

Aqua TV is German TV sports channel. There are several online web sites where people can register to watch this channel. It is not pay TV, however you should have either media player or real player in order to watch this channel. You can watch news and informations about water sports.
