I could not find a web site designed specifically for convicts searching for employment. I would advise you try to enter the job market in fields where background checks are less likely. You will likely have to start out with minimum wage jobs until you build up your reputation again.

Why don't you look for a job where you do something on the Internet. Most companies that hire on the internet do not do background checks. They basically just want the job done and have it done well. Don't pay for a job though because they are bogus!

Visit a website that works with people just like you. They connect you with a dedicated employer who will hire and train you.

I do not believe there is a website for exoffernders to search for jobs, however you con possibly ask a probation officer for some local places that hire exoffenders.
