Is there a way of bodybuilding without weights?

Not really. You can do pushups and pull ups without weights but if you really want to build muscle mass you will need heavy weights.

Yes, you can do isometric exercises without using weights at all. You use your own body strenght and weight working against themselves. You can do pushups, pullups, situps, and other such exercises to start with. After you have mastered using your own body as the weight or resistance then you can then progress to using weights that provide more resistance.
