Is there a special format that should be used for a program for a Catholic wedding?

The wedding mass is bit different from the ordinary mass. Some prayers and songs are added and some are left out. Talk to your priest and arrange a church rehearsal!

The best answer for this question will come from your Priest. There are traditions and there are choices. Just remember that while this is a solemn event, it is Your Day and you should be able to enjoy and appreciate the ceremony. Be sure to include your fiancee in this part as well.

I recently got married in the Catholic Church and one of the requirements is that you both have to complete Pre-Cana. Once that is completed, you receive a booklet that gives you the correct format for a Catholic wedding.
