Is there a relationship between a high HDL level and blood CO2?

There can be a relationship especially if you smoke. Smoking causes high density lipo proteins. CO2 is carbon dioxide which is directly related to cigarette smoking. If your high densities are above 100 then this is considered to be high and your doctor will build a plan for you with one of the main things to be quitting smoking.

High HDL level and blood CO2 (carbon dioxide) are not directly related but are both identified through blood. High HDL is indicative of decrease risk of Coronary heart disease. High Carbon dioxide in blood is a result of retention and thus acidity of blood which can be life threatening.
