It is possible to buy a portable space heater that runs on batteries or its own generator, or if there is electrical outlets, to buy one that plugs in. Otherwise, you may be better off finding other ways to store your valuables if you fear them being damaged.

As long as it is not near flammable items an electric space heater works pretty well. Another option may be to wrap the items with heat tape and then possibly wrap them with insulation.
