I've always used rubbing alcohol to remove ink stains. Just rub the alcohol into the stain until it comes out. I've also heard that hairspray will remove ink, so you might try that, as well.
Invest in a Tidepen. If that doesn't work you can try shout wipes or shout. If you are really feeling ambitious you can make the following mix, baking soda, salt, oxiclean, detergent, and water. You could also try Reslove.
