A couple of cool places in town that allow all ages at some of their concert. Check out the House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay or The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel.
There is not a lot to do in Vegas if you're not of legal drinking age. There are shows at hotels which are amazing, and the House of Blues and The Joint which you might enjoy.
