An incisional hernia means that you have a gap due to a previous surgery through which your intestines protrude out. This is a surgical condition and the only way that this can be treated is ti close up this gap by a surgery. No medicines - herbal or allopathic can cure this.

There really isn't much in the way of homeopathic medicine to help with your condition. I have read several articles that say that acupuncture will give some relief. You could try that. The articles also strongly suggest seeing your doctor in addition to the accupuncture.
