Is there a game called "Neopets: Jelly World"?

Jelly World is a location in neopets, and not a game. If you go to the map you will be able to see a link for Jelly World. Although Jelly World is not a game, the location has games in it. There are coloring book pages and a game called "Jelly Blobs of Doom".

I don't think i could call this Neopets Jelly World a game. It seems really similar to Gaia online. You have to register with an email to log in too. When I researched for this it sent me to a coloring book page.
