Yes, there is indeed a Dr Pepper museum! It is located in downtown Waco, Texas. This is the city where the creator of Dr. Pepper was from. The museum opened to the public in 1991.

There is, it's located 300 South 5th Street, Waco TX. It was started in 1989, it has the original bottling plant that was established in 1906. It's not just dedicated to Dr. Pepper it covers many other well known and not so well known sodas.
