If you have recently experienced a cold of some sort you might want to get checked out for a sinus infection.

I am not aware of any medical condition where vinegar is always smelt but there could be another answer. Baby poop or smelly feet often have this vinegary smell to them. Perhaps one of those are in your house to cause this smell. May I suggest frebreezing your house or an air freshener.

From what I know, there is no such condition. If there is something wrong with your sense of smell, you wouldn't be able to smell anything at all.
