Try a temp agency or a recruiting company. A lot of temp agencies will test you (for free) in various subjects like typing, data entry, etc. Recruiting companies, such a tech recruiter, may do the same thing. You'll get your results for your job hunt, and those companies will also help find a job for you.

check out your local unemployment center, most of the time they offer job placement services and offer help out with resumes, test taking (like how many words you can type per minute, getting your GED) and even someone to do practice interviews with. If you can't find someone in person, try online.
