"Clapton: The Autobiography" (2008) is of course by the man himself. "Crossroads: The Life and Music of Eric Clapton" by Michael Schumacher was published in 2003. Pattie Boyd co-authored (with Penny Junor) "Wonderful Tonight: George Harrison, Eric Clapton, and Me," which was released in 2008. Reviews of all three are posted on Amazon.

Yes, in fact, Eric Clapton wrote the book his self. He began writing with a ghostwriter, but finished the book on his own. The title is Clapton: The Autobiography.

Of course there is one. He is a very famous person and has achieved a lot during his career. He has made fabulous songs that we all can relate to. Without him the world would be a very dull place. His songs brighten the darkest corners of this forsaken planet.
