The USA jobs website is one of the best ways to do this. If there is a particular agency that you want to work for, research their listings directly since this takes an overnight batch job to update the USA jobs site.

When I went to search for employment I found that USAJOBS.GOV has the most resources for federal jobs. This website also provides the most information in an easy to use format. I also have been looking for employment and it is very hard to get one of these few open positions.
