The Rio in Las Vegas is not very expensive. It can be quite affordable if you join their Players Club or look for specials online. They also have an excellent buffet therem, available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Rio is known for their high flying acts around the casino area and has a great reputation.

The Rio is about mid-priced ..not as expensive as the Luxor, MGM. Not lower priced like the Sahara and Circus/Circus. Has a decent reputation and is a pretty good place.
