Due mostly to friction, Earth is getting a little slower each year. This means that it does get slightly closer to the sun each year. This is very slow and will seem insignificant by the time sun itself expands beyond the inner planets, in tens of trillions of years.
i agree with your final point but your logic is stoopid! First of all the earth is in space which is a vacuum... No friction... And second even if earth was slowing down how does that effect it's trajectory? add a comment
well your right but two things is that the sun well get close to the earth and blow up and we die or we some how we get smart eauogh and leave this plasce add a comment
