Although Progressive spends a wad advertising itself, they don't compare to many of the other companies that are out there. They earned 3 out of 5 stars in the following categories: Overall Satisfaction (3/5), Contacting the Insurer (3/5), Billing and Payment (3/5), Pricing (3/5). Consider Amica Mutual 800-242-6422.

yes Progressive is a pretty good insurance company. The best thing you can do is a little research on the company and what is covered by your monthly premium. Progressive is not always the cheapest.

Progressive may have cool commercials to pull in the youthful and frugal market, but they have struggled with customer service and the recession hasn't been kind to their financial stability.
