Naproxen is used for the management of inflammatory disease and rheumatoid disorders (including juvenile rheumatoid arthritis); acute gout; mild to moderate pain; dysmenorrhea; fever, migraine headaches, etc. If used in a large amount than what is prescribed, the result might cause addiction. since it is also used for headaches, it usually addicts the patient.
I take Naproxen from time to time for my back and menstrual cramps and migraines......I don't think you can become addicted bc it is not a narcotic but as patti above said, and I totally agree, that their is always that risk of psychological dependence.... add a comment
