Is microwave-cooked food hazardous to one's health?

I'm concerned about using the microwave too much.

It's not hazardous. All a microwave does is speed up the molecules in a food's moisture, which then heats it up. Any health hazard with microwaveable foods is the contents of the food. Frozen meals are often unhealthy and chock-full of preservatives.

Microwaves alter food particles, thus affecting your blood and other systems. It won't kill you, but they also definitely deplete the nutrients in the food you're preparing.
