Is it worth it to repair a GE Profile microwave oven?

Check current prices on microwaves. You will find a highly-rated (per Consumer Report) microwave for around $275 (a Samsung). It is hard to believe that it would be cost efficient to repair a microwave with prices for new ones so low.

If you have a General Electric Profile microwave oven it is most likely not that old and would be worth repairing since it is a high end model, but to be sure you should take it to a repair shop for an estimate to make sure it won't cost as much to fix it as to replace it.
