A convection Microwave cooks food fast but lets food brown and crisp like a regular oven and you can preheat and bake with the convection microwave where a regular microwave oven does not allow you to do this.

Well a convection one lets more heat in and out through the oven. It's a really great oven compared to a regular one. You can heat things better and more professionally I'd say then a microwave. So in other words the results of heating are a lot better and safer.

The convection microwave will brown the food like a traditional oven. the micro wave only cooks from the inside. A Good convetion microwave will cook foods that can be cooked in an oven.

The convection microwave oven gives you a wide variety of opporotunity to cook in it, the rugular microwave ovens don't have the necessary settings like the convection ovens.
