Is it worth having pet doves?

I would love to have pet doves but my only concerns are: How much noise do they make during the night and how messy are they? The reason I ask is because I'm going to have them in my room.

I work in a bird shelter and doves can be quite loud and messy. They can be nice pets but i wouldn't keep them in my room. And as for the noise, they tend to make noise in the morning and evening especially if they are more then two.

they are worth having as pet's unlike other birds they are pretty silent.Bird's will chirp all bird's do it just cover them up at night,They are also not very messy at all compaired to Budgies,cockatiels and lovebirds very easy to care for.They are the most quite bird around.
