It really depends on the price you are buying the the boil-and-bite mouthguard. If the price you are paying is retail and over one dollar, including all taxes and the gas to get to the place, it is still too much.

yes, a boil and bite is better than nothing but a custom one made by a dentist is the best offering the most protection,nothing works unless its worn though, so wear it
