The "right to work" law varies from state to state. In some states, an employer can terminate an employee at any time for any reason.

Unless you and your employer have signed a contract for employment stating otherwise, you or your employer are free to terminate your employment for any reason or no reason.

This depends on the state where you live. If it is company policy to fire someone for committing fraud by clocking in too soon and the company can demonstrate this was clearly communicated to employees, then this is allowed. If the employee didn't know, then you have a case.

In my country, I've never heard of a statute law of that nature, nor have I heard it in the labor code; but I guess it's in the by-laws of the company.

If you live in a state where employment is considered at will, you can usually be discharged for any reason, even a bad one, except that your employer generally cannot discharge you based upon racial identity, gender, or age under federal employment law.

That depends on local and state regulations. In Florida it is not illegal to do so just not very nice.
