Yes, however it is not a common occurrence due to the anatomical make up of the male human body. Designed by nature, the testicles have a great deal of flexibility and mobility enabling them to avoid such injuries. However, a fracture may occur as a result of a trauma relating to a car accident, sports or straddling injury.

Not it is not, there are no bones in a testicle. It is possible however to have testicular torsion where the testicle rotates on itself. This interrupts the blood flow to the testicle and requires an immediate visit to the ER. Other types of injuries are also possible. (disclosure: I am not a doctor)

It is not possible to have a testicle fracture. The reason this is not possible is because in order to have a fracture a bone must be involved. Only bones are capable of having fractures and there are no bones in the testicles. However, it is possible to injure testicles due to a pelvic fracture.

Oh, yes, its possible. If there is sufficient trauma directly to the testicles, it can cause them to tear. It usually requires surgery to repair. In 2008, catcher Chris Snyder of the Arizona Diamondbacks was placed on the disabled list for a testicular fracture from being hit with a fast ball.
