Yes, they do exist and its very possible. The average costs will vary hotel to hotel but I stayed in a three bedroom suite at Ballys in June 09 for my bachelor party and paid only $1102 for the entire weekend. The suite was roughly 1500 sqft.

The exist, but the average person is unlikely to ever see them as the hotels will reserve them for "High Rollers". If you are lucky enough to get one, plan to pay at least $1500-2000/night. You best bet might be the a 2 bedroom at the Venetian, all Venetian rooms come with a pull out sofa.

Most hotels and resorts in the Las Vegas area do offer 3 bedroom suites. The cost of the suites can range in price from 200 dollars a night to several thousand. It all depends on what resort you use to book your room.

You may be further from the strip. Three bedroom units should be available in resorts.

It's possible to get pretty much whatever you want in Las Vegas. You can get three bedroom suites and the prices depend on the season and hotel. Plan on a couple hundred dollars at least.
