Is it okay to feed cinnamon to a 7-month-old infant?

Babies are not equipped to process much of anything except milk and perhaps a little rice cereal. Giving infants things chocolate, nuts, eggs, peanut butter can wreak havoc on their immature systems, which will ultimately cause food allergies. Do not feed cinnamon to an infant.

I think your best bet is to ask your doctor this question. But I am a mother of 3 boys who are 18, 11 and 2, I have given them cinnamon but I gave them only a little bit on some toast and they didn't have any problems.
